Ok so loads of posts about how do I get a Nat OPEN for PS3 and Xbox.
I recently got sorted myself by doing the following on Zyxel 661 H series, the vodafone white router (shown below).

So first you need to go into your Upnp settings and click all three boxes.

Next you go into security settings- and disable your firewall. If you have anti-virus protection set up you should be ok, Just dont run any dodgy looking ".exe" programs.

When that is done, run a test and it should be open,If not you may need to reset your xbox or PS3, on PS3 you simply hold the Power/On button for about 5-7 seconds to reset it, Your PS3 will 'beep' twice.

Run a test and Nat type should be OPEN. I tried port-forwarding, Static IP address etc with no success, this was the one that worked for me.
