Sewage pipe vs. flexible duct - Urgent

Hi, I have plastic duct (flexible) connected up to my extractor fan and it doesn't seem to be taking that much hot air away. It's a fairly powerful vortice 150 d0 extractor. Could the flexible duct (about 5metres) be the problem? I was considering sewage piping perhaps? Would that be much better?

The 5 meters might be more the problem. What does the specs say for location and distance?

Also I'm thinking of switching it so it pulls cool air rather than out. It's for cooling computer equipment.
