Matthew Morrison refunds

Hi, we had 2 tickets to see matthew morrison then the event was cancelled. we had bought our tickets online so we had to send them back via secure method to ticketmaster in grafton st. we sent them back via registered post nearly 3 weeks ago and havent heard from them. Anyone had to get refunds from them before? is it too…

Registered post should have been delivered quite quickly, so get in touch with Ticketmaster and check if they have received the tickets.

I presume that you kept the proof that they were registered?
