I am looking to replace the chain and cassette only, on my road bike, after 6,800 miles, my cassette is 12-27, Ultegra, 10 speed, CS-6600 & the chain is a CN-6600. Can I replace the above with Ultegra 6700 or 105 or any other variation ?- without having to replace any other parts, as the Ultegra CS-6600 is no longer available to buy.
Above gear came standard on a Specialized Tarmac Expert 2009.

    Thank You

Keep everything 10 speed and you'll be fine. My set up currently is DA chainrings and derailleur, Ultegra 6701 chain and 105 5700 cassette and it all works perfectly.

    Thanks lescol,
I fitted the Ultegra 6701 chain and 105-5700 cassette, all seems to be fine after a 40 mils ride last night.

    Regards.[/B]
