Get another original birth certificate!

    My child just destroy the original birth certificate:confused:
    I need next month for her passport full certificate!!!
    Where in Limerick can I get new original certificate???

    Was the child born in limerick?
    If so a trip out to births/deaths/marriages registration office in the city home, shelbourne rd. Will get you sorted.

    I think you have to contact St Camillus Hospital on the Shelbourne Road.

    It's the same place you had to go to when you registered the birth and signed the register.
