Hi Guys, lost my phone & have insurance on it. I have insurance from meteor & it covers phone loss. I was just wondering what is the procedure with claiming from meteor? Also do I have to go for the same phone or can I get one of similar value? Cheers :D

try this

you sure you're covered for loss? billpay or payg? they will replace it with the same type of phone where possible
