    Could anyone recommend a good and cheap commercial solicitor please? I'm looking for someone who's based in Greystones or Bray.

    Try Naomi Gardiner Solicitors, she is based in Charlesland. I used her to review a lease for me and found her to be very good. If you google the name you should get her website. happy lawyer hunting
