Hello all,

We've making some changes to Helpdesk in an effort to try and make the forum run more smoothly. There will now be an archive sub-forum where queries that have been dealt with will get moved. There is now the addition of Thread Prefixes which will let us see at a glance which threads need attention and from who.

You may have seen that Spear and Shield are modding the forum too - this is as an extension to their modding the Newbies & FAQ forum (which is also getting an archive forum and name change) so they can help deal with all the people who post about where to find a plumber etc.

So you should see these changes going live today.
