How Do You Take Music Off Ipod?

Have a small 4GB nano Ipod, 3 years old and the laptop it was registered with is broken. How can I get the music off this Ipod and onto a computer without accidentally deleting and the songs?

Cheers for that, had a bit of trouble downloading the pack so went on Youtube and found this, did the job perfectly and didnt need to download anythin
