Can't recover your Profile.

    I'm trying to sign in on my new Xbox because I got a new TV, but when I enter in my E-mail and Password for the account, I get told ''Can't recover your profile.

    Does anyone know how to fix this?

    Make sure your password is correct, check by signing in on xbox.com

    Xbox live could be down though, so check on xbox.com support page.

    ALso it might be your router settings keeping you form recovering.

    Try do it in a friends house and bring your console back home then.

    I can't sign in on Xbox.com either. It must be down :o

    I was using my Gamertag on my brother's Xbox last night. I tried there and it said I had to recover it. I tried and got the same message :mad:

    My gamertag is in Limbo.

    Gamertag recovery is down atm. Should be up by this evening.
