Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

RTE, and SKY in the UK via an irish account?

Hi all, Im currently living in scotland and have been planning on getting sky in for ages. However i would really like to be able to get RTE also. Back in Ireland (dublin) my folks have a sky box (infact i think they have two - one in two different rooms) - is it possible for me to buy a skyHD box on something like ebay…

Hi all,

Back in Ireland (dublin) my folks have a sky box (infact i think they have two - one in two different rooms) - is it possible for me to buy a skyHD box on something like ebay here in the UK, and ask Sky Ireland to send a new card for my folks irish account to my address in ireland, then bring that card over to Scotland and register it to my scottish address?
Im aware that its possible to do something like this but i dont know exactly what to do, and also the pros and cons of doing it!??

any help would be much appreciated.

it will only work if they get out a separate subscription,

multiroom will not work as it requires both boxes to be connected to the phone line.
