    I finished my Leaving Cert on the 24th of June. I'm mad to get back into proper weight and cardio training. I train for Gaa one/twice a week with a game on the weekend & I train for soccer once a week (If I can) with a game on the weekend. I weight train 3/4 times a week, I will be increasing this to 5/6 when I go to College.

    - 19 Years old
    - 163.5 Lbs
    - 5 foot 11''

    Goals:
    - Put on 8 pounds before college. (roughly 1 pound a week )
    - Get fit again for Gaa and Soccer.
    - Get on the starting freshers team for Gaa Football.
    - Win a County under 21 A Championship.
    - To achieve the above by Eating clean everyday except Saturday.

    I'll post my measurements up after I get measuring tape.
    Any input on what to change/do differently would be great.
