Winter Sun with a baby

Just looking for advice from people who have done a winter sun holiday or even a sun holiday with a baby. Baby will hopefully be 4 months old and I was thinking of booking a sun holiday in november/december with it and my husband. Not sure if I'd be classed as mad but was looking for advice on what to look for or avoid. Maybe lanzarote ro somewhere similiar?
Any bits of info well welcome as all are useful!

My sister did that with her 4th. While there were 3 adults and 4 kids it wasn't a problem. Assuming 2 adults and 1 kid, you're hopefully on the winning (sometimes) side. The flight is a little bit long, but not much choice at that time of year. Make sure you stock up on baby food, my sister found the local powder milk had a very high sugar content.

Sounds perfectly sane.
I brought her to France when she was 4 1/2 months and we brought her to Lanzarotte a year later.
They love kids in Lanzarotte,nappies were expensive there and not so easy to get and I would bring your own formula.

Thinking of booking here. What are the beach front apartments like.

No, we were across the road in Los Zocos. http://loszocos.com/ Large enough, but well organised and plenty of childrens' activities at the time.
