Tennis courts in Santry and Clontarf?

    Am wondering about playing tennis in either of these courts - the one in santry just near overpass from M1 and the one next to Dart station in clontarf. Anyone know how to play casually at them? I.e Book a court and play for fun with partner! Who are they owned/managed by?
