Ok i need a suitable car for a new driver (me)
The ma and pa will be buying, insuring and taxing, servicing it for me...i will be paying fuel and other expenses
So what reliable low running cost cars would you reccomend
However since I have a twin sister, who ma and pa must car tax and insure as well my budget is fairly small i.e. €1100 absolute max..
Also i'd like a relatively big car nothing too small

No the €1100 is for the car only ...insurance and what not is not included
