The Skeff would be ideal for Beers. Close to the bus/train station also so the out of towners wont have any trouble finding it.

Don't know anywhere in Galway so I'm cool either way. If I can make it across, I'll be up for heading in.

The best place to meet would probably be O' Connels or the Skeff, since they would be the first things people see once they leave the CityLink/GoBus station or the Bus Eireann Station, then possibly on towards the Roisin afterwards?

I've thrown my vote in for 20th. I've gone to a Galway beers before even though I'm a Dub, so it's not a strange thing to get us that far outside of the pale :pac:

What is the secret code word?:eek:

I've gone for the 20th too because I could make it then.

The Skeff would be ok to start off in, but Roisins I reckon for the 'main course' of the Piss up.

Looking forward to seeing you all in Galway guys.

O'Connell's is probably the best place if it is dry and the Róisín after.

O'Connell's is a no-no if it rains at all though.

I agree but not for the purpose we want it for really if we are confined to indoors.

Of the pubs mentioned, I'd be inclined to go for Massimo. It has passable non-deafening music, and there's loads of room up back one could reserve. They'll do one a decent deal on food too, if one lets them know in advance and arrives before 9.

Don't actually think I've ever been to Galway. Like, I've been to Galway, but I've never been to Galway. So basically I'm no help with locations!

Might be up for this. No idea what dates I'll be in Galway, but if I'm there when it's on, I'll pop in.
