@Mikka631.. I'm willing to admit that your shot of the spider is excellent, was the one of the labyrinth spider yours as well? Both brilliant, but honestly, I'm flipping terrified of spiders and you're giving me nightmares

How about some nice ladybirds or something eh?

Too many eyes I tells ya, and right after a sunflower too, all my childhood fears coming back to haunt me

Hi Keps thks, yes, it's my very cheap manual 50mm F1.8, can't remember exactly, but I have been trying to close it down a bit rather than use it wide open every time, so it could have been on the F3.5 mark rather, or close enough. It was fairly bright since I always seem to be able to take pics only in the middle of the day (:rolleyes:).(and it's France, no offense to all my Irish friends but hem... erm... brighter, like). Although not right now , am in the storm band :eek:
edit : this lens probably doesn't behave exactly as it should too because of the adapter ring.

yeah there should be a spider ban before bedtime for us

. Although I'm sorry didn't think some could find sunflowers spooky !

There were giant ones in my garden when I was about 4, I had nightmares they were coming to kill me. Giant sunflowers I mean, not giant spiders. That would be much, much worse!
