Hi,

I've been looking at a couple of unlocked phones on ebay which aren't available over here, such as the Orange San Francisco.

I was wondering, does anyone know if it is safe buying an unlocked phone on ebay? Since the phone doesnt come in a sealed box, is there a good chance that it could be 2nd hand? Are there any other dangers in unlocking a phone, privacy issues, could it come with a virus or anything like that?
