Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Grass covers.

    what is the ideal grass cover to graze calves in. At the minute i grazining in front of the milkers but think with covers of 1300 is a bit strong for calves. what is yer opinion

    Ideal. Highest DMD and they can pick the best of it before the cows come into it and clear it up. More dosing needed than with aftergrass but leader/follower system shown to give very good results

    Most important is to give fresh grass every day or 2 then no need meals
    also if moved every day they will not taint grass on cows

    covers 1100 to 1400
