Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi,

Can anybody suggest off road family cycling routes in cork.

I know the obvious ones around the city but are there others I dont know about

    Old Blackrock Mahon railway line
    Lee Fields?
    Carrigaline to Crosshaven
Inniscarra walkway past the dam halfway to Dripsey
    Ballincollig Gun powder mills

    Any more suggestions

    Thanks in advance

Farran Wood would be a good spot for a relaxed family cycle. Feed the ducks, see the deer, skim a few stones on the river. There was a playground there too the last time I was there but that's a long time ago now! Not sure if they are charging at the carpark gate these days or not.

There's a path similar to the Carrigaline/Crosshaven one just outside passage west on the rochestown side
