Tesco Finance 1800 Number Dept Closed?

Been trying this all day today The Irish Freephone number for Tesco Creditcards ,1800555743, has a message posted this department is closed. Anyone any ideas on this? As there is no online option for Irish customers, this leaves no automatic service options for balances etc..
