Don't think so?

I think it has two charging rates 10A and 2A at both 6V and 12V.

If it was 2A at 12V twould be like a motorbike charger. That being said I can't find the manual for it anywhere. Its odd that i sasys chargemaster in the picture and chargestar in all the sip documentation. It must just be rebadged.
