I heard that if you sew a tennis ball on the back of their PJ's, it'll stop them from sleeping on their back, and you can only snore while on your back.

A dab of Olbas oil under the nostrils before bed helps open the sinuses a bit which provides some help.

My wife can snore while sleeping on her side, it's true.
She claims drink makes her snore, and if she hasn't had drink, now get this one,she must have been very tired. We have had hundreds of arguments over that one.:(

This works, once Sleep apnea has been ruled out.

Really?? £45 is a bit steep though, no? I'm causing the missus an awful lot of grief recently with my snoring, and I'd really like to find a permanant solution.

Has anyone tried those rings that you wear on your little finger? I believe they use acupressure, but i would imagine that some people are less suited to this method than others. I personally would much prefer to wear a ring on my finger than a gumshield in my mouth!
