Can anyone help me? the main one's i want off are the white ones on the front chest area/stomach area- anyone who's ever seen a national or provincial rugby jersey will know what i'm talking about.

Mine started peeling off an Ireland rugby top, I picked it off piece by piece but there will always be a mark showing O2. Heating it with an iron helps take it off.
