    Hi,
I am new around, just wanted to ask a few things about H&S laws in Ireland.
I work in a restaurant so anyone knows where i can find what is mandatory for the business ( i looked up on HSA.IE but did not find too much)
In uk there is a H&S law poster that has to be in the restaurant, is that the same here? and if yes, where can i get that poster from?
    thanks for the help.

The poster is not required here (in the UK it's just the basics of the Health & Safety act - pretty much the "fine print" of H&S)

You don't give too much background, but if it's the food safety aspect you are looking into, then it's teh Food Safety Authority of Ireland you want:
    http://www.fsai.ie/home.html

Their publications section has all you need.

If it's literally H&S in the food/catering sector you want, then the HSA has literally an entire section on it:
    http://www.hsa.ie/eng/Your_Industry/Catering_and_Hospitality/

Health & Safety is approached very differently in Ireland compared to the UK, there are very little black & white regulations telling you what to do - it's more "as far as is reasonably practicable" type stuff.

    M.
