Just wondering is there anyone caring for a family member and had any luck get work teaching for the allowed 15 hrs a week, just recently qualified and worried about being over looked for subbing and jobs within the allowed 15 hrs because of the limited hours i am available for?

In the current climate you don't have to worry too much about going over hours.
Jobs with a full 22 hours are like gold-dust.
Those starting off can get very few hours, such as 7/8/9 hours in a school.
