What format for Sony Ericsson Contacts Backup??

    Mates phone is busted & I don't have access to his SE phone at the moment, but need to know if anyone can tell me what format the phone (W995) backs up the contacts onto the M2 memory card!
    I need too know before I buy an M2 adapter and try to extract them to windows or CSV file etc...
