Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

This has a lot going for it. Nice contrast, devoid of color. Strong leading lines on many levels - of the boat, the coastline. Vignette looks a little heavy perhaps? Lots of technically good stuff here. Exposure looks fine (appropriate).

I think the difficulty (if you could call it that) is the clichéd nature of it. But that said it's only clichéd if you have seen such a composition lots of times so perhaps it isn't (well, kinda... if you get what I mean). I think everyone who shoots near a cost will come across something similar and capture it. Hey, i'm being self critical here too ;)

All that said; Overall, I think you've done a good job on it.

Doesn't work for me, your effort to b&w conversion just doesn't look right, a bit dark on the dark side.
