First bill problem

    Hi,

    I sent a PM to Una but maybe she's not on today. My first bill was generated today but it appears to be charging me for the electricity used since the departure of the last tenant, as opposed to as per the meter reading as it was when I moved in.

    Can anyone help me with this please?
