If you could have gotten away with less detail I'm sure you would have tried :P

Elaborate on the problem a little more if you can - what's the problem? Are you sure it's the multi-function device and not some issue with the computer it's hooked up to? You're looking at much bigger rates for hourly work on a house call out that's not under any sort of contract - €40 or more per hour.
