Residents parking in Docklands

I was looking at an apartment for sale in the Grand Canal Square area and the estate agent said there are no parking spaces. What do residents in the area do if their apartment doesn't come with a parking space? Are there spaces in the area you can hire on an annual basis? Any idea of cost?

theres loads of apartments for sale,look in a nearby area,you will pay maybe 20k extra,apartment with parking space,theres people who rent spaces x amount per month ,does it make sense to buy that apartment.Apartment prices are falling over 1 per cent per month.
