Insurance for 16 yr old travelling alone

Hi, does anyone know any Irish company that will insurance a 16 travelling alone? My daughter is going to Spain at the w/end to stay with friends. However, none of the companies I've contacted so far will insure her as she doesn't have a parent/teacher going with her.

Thanks so much for that. Unfortunately just went through a broker and paid a lot more for an inferior policy - guess my searching skills aren't as good as users. However, have marked site for future reference.
