It's been a quiet two months for Not Saying Boo, but now we're back and really excited for our next party. It's our biggest yet. 3 venues, 12 hours and our first international guest.....

    JULIO BASHMORE

Labels, media and clubbers seemed to instantly ‘get’ the skewed angle at which Julio attacked house music in 2010. Night Slugs, Ten Thousand Yen, PTN, Dirtybird, Fabric and Soul Motive were among those who housed productions/remixes—and this list of forward-thinking labels seemed fittingly representative of Julio’s future-facing output. But what is it about his sonic approach that has created so much fever around the name Julio Bashmore? It’s difficult to say exactly, but "Battle for Middle You" is undoubtedly one of the biggest tracks of 2010/2011, with it getting plays from dubstep clubs all the way to tech-house clubs. With a huge catalogue, including amazing EPs like Batty Knee dance and Footsteppin', and huge remixes like that for High Powered Boys - Udon, Julio Bashmore is clearly one of the biggest players in both the house and the bass scene at the moment, this is not one to miss.
