    My Boston favourite.
    1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
    1 tablespoon clear honey
    1/2 tablespoon mayonnaise
    Splash of lemon
    Bit of pepper
    Bit of salt

Mix it and dip your goujons into it
    And your chips
    And anything really

Basically anywhere you go in around Boston (probably loads of other places over there too, thats just the only one I've been to) you get this with your starter basket of chicken tenders and fries as they call it there. Got totally hooked on it.

Give it a go, costs nothing and is dead easy to make obviously

Fresh home made honey mustard mayonnaise.

The mayonnaise recipe is something like this http://homecooking.about.com/od/saladrecipes/r/blcon64.htm

Use Coleman's mustard powder. Add honey, and get your mustard right, serve very fresh. It loses it's bite quickly. Quick to make, with a little practice.

I'd love to try it with Wasabi. I have never seen Wasabi on sale anywhere in Dublin. Has anyone seen it?

Any reasonably sized Tesco will have it, just look around for the sushi rice and it should be near by. The Oriental Emporium on Abbey St is always good for this kind of thing too.

    Thanks.

When I lived in the US, one of my favourite things was Wasabi peas from Trader Joe's.

It's more or less, processed peas, covered in Wasabi, and then dried out, so they're crunchy and covered in Wasbi. Stings your nose and makes your eyes water - fabulous.
