    Tommy O'Brien, Clonmel, presented a much listened to classical and opera programme in RTE for many years called "Your choice and Mine"

    Andy O'Mahony, Clonmel, many years now on RTE presenting "Off the shelf" which is still current.

    Shane O’Donoghue, Clonmel, joined CNN in 2011 as the host of monthly programme, ‘Living Golf’.

    Hailing from Tipperary in Ireland, O’Donoghue worked as a presenter and commentator for the national broadcaster RTE for fifteen years.


    From 2004-2010, he was part of the BBC TV Golf Commentary team, reporting, commentating and interviewing at key events such as The Masters, Open Championships, BMW PGA Championships, Barclays Scottish Open Championships in addition to the Ryder and Walker Cups.


    As a TV commentator he has worked with European Tour Productions “World Feed” at a variety of European Tour events since 2005 and several Ladies European Tour events for Ark Productions.


    O’Donoghue has a lifelong passion for golf, both amateur and professional and has written an acclaimed book about the men and women who paved the way for today’s Irish golfing stars called, “Legends in their Spare Time”.

    Mícheál Ó Súilleabháin is an Irish musician. As a pianist, composer, recording artist and academic, he holds the Professorship of Music at the Irish World Music Academy of Music and Dance which he founded at the University of Limerick. His sons are known as Irish pop group size2shoes and his former wife is Irish chant singer Nóirín Ní Riain, with whom he has collaborated. He was awarded an honorary D.Mus from the National University of Ireland at his alma mater University College Cork in 2004. He has recorded extensively with the Irish Chamber Orchestra.

    There's another young fellow Michael Rafter from nearby Glengoole who was at Colchester United up to last year but things didnt quite work out for him. Think he is at Waterford United now?


    The aforementioned Michael Rafter scored a brace to keep Dundalk in the LOI against his old club and got himself a move to Derry before Christmas
