Who Provides Best Net in Leixlip?(NB NON UPC)

Just learned UPC cant provide internet in new ('old') home ,gutted!(No fibre optic cables?)So who's the best of the rest on 'old style' phone wires in Leixlip.Help greatly appreciated.
