    Hi I live in Co. Limerick, near Old Pallas and Kilteely, for the last two weeks I've been getting download speeds of only 20 -30 KB/s and connections are dropping so I cant download anything without it timing out. I'm in the stix so I can only get a 1Mb line, is there a fault locally or something? Its non functional at this point.
