Does Fizik Bar Tape have an adhesive back?

Thinking of getting some of this tape but just wondering if it has a peel back adhesive backing?

I normally use Cinelli Gel Cork Bar Tape

which is great but cant get it in black at the moment. The reason I like it is its really easy to install as it doesnt have an adhesive backing just a sort of rubber backing that grips the bar when you stretch it. This is very handy as you can remove the tape and reapply if you mess it up (noob friendly).

What's so good about the lizard skins, double the price of other good bar tapes out there.

Have you tried it?

It lasts, it feels great, it wraps brilliantly, all round best, but that's just my opinion, I don't ride drops but anyone I've fitted it for has loved it.
I don't mind cheap cork tape at all but it doesn't last very long and to be honest I still want to fit cotton tape and give it three or four coats of shellac, I'm very old school,haha:D

I don't think Fizik microtex is stretchy enough.

SRAM tape is stretchier, and expensiver.
