    Widespread showers this evening, some heavy or of hail or thunder and some prolonged in western and northwestern areas with winds strengthening through the evening. Tonight Further heavy showers in many areas with a continuing risk of hail or thunder and becoming very windy everywhere overnight. Lowest temperatures of 10 to 12 degrees in strong and gusty northwesterly winds.
    Northwesterly gales will develop this evening and overnight on all Irish Coastal Waters and will extend to the Irish Sea tomorrow.

    Watched them from outside my sisters apartment. Seemed to be a good crowd out to watch them considering the weather. A lot more than last year when the weather was the same!

    They looked fairly good! Same thing every year though..
