Fast USB Stick PC and Mac Wanted

Hey im looking for a USB stick that has good speeds. Im currently using a Sandisk 16GB Ultra Backup on both PC and Mac, and the Mac Speeds are Terrible! Files copy to it at about 4MB/s, its formatted in NTFS. Now im looking for a faster one, that is at least 4GB and under 20€.
