Xbox Live help!!

    Paid for XBOX Live 12 month Gold and during a free 1 month trial(I got this for joining Xbox live) i entered the 12 month subscription code. After my one month was over I could not use Xbox live. When I re-enter the code it says 'Code not valid'.
    Help please...

    Call up Xbox support with the card and they can take a look and see whats the story with the card.
