    Hi guys,

Anyone know where can I get this or an equivalent to it. It's for baking a chocolate mud cake :)

Do you mean double cream? It would do the job for a choccie mud cake

I think double cream is thicker than thickened cream.

The only place I can ever recall seeing it was in Australia. I don't think you can get it here at all. You can try making some from buttermilk and whipping cream, recipe here, or thin down some double cream with single cream. To be honest though, I've made chocolate mud pie with double cream and it came out just fine, makes very little difference IMO.

Most supermarkets stock it, I usually buy mine in Tesco or Supervalu.
