I am struggling with this. I have a few jquery tabs, within each I have some static links which trigger an overlay - this works well. The problem is when trying to post a form to the overlay. The trouble is the overlay is triggered with the usual "href='#' rel=#overlay" which means I can't use the standard form. So, I have tried some javascript to take the input box value and build a href link. However, it isn't passing the form value as a variable at the other end, meaning the SQL query than runs is running for all values instead of the value in the input box.

Does anyone know any tricks for this?

Post your code, it's next to impossible to solve your problem without it.
