This happened me on my first order. After the paypal authorisation theres another screen you needed to go through on the Reebok site to confirm the order. Paypal put the money to the side to authorise but you never completed your order on the website.
Yep, happened me the first time too.

When I ordered a second time, it cancelled the first payment on Paypal.

I wonder how many sales they have lost by making that so confusing?

I got an email from them and an order number. I take it I am over the line?. But like others have experienced I don't see my order on their site nor have they responded to online messages I've sent them.

I see my paypal payment is still 'pending'. I placed the order 25th July. V strange.

Just got an email from them saying my stuff has shipped.

And yet no mention of it on their website under my Account, it's like the order never existed!.

I finally got a response to one of my emails. They apologised and say they never received my order and could I place a fresh order.
Seems very poor tracking and control from reebok as I have a confirmation email in my inbox received immediately after placing my order - it lists and itemises my order and amount paid!

Very poor service and even poorer customer service response I think.

Yep, same thing happened to me and now they had the cheek to say I can no longer use my discount code on any of the easy run/tone/train items should I wish to reorder. Em, I don't think so!

It gets better! I received an email tonight from reebok Germany out of the blue with no mention of the previous contact - this one saying my order will be delivered in two to three days - but one of the t-shirts on my order was mistakenly still listed on their site when I placed my order although it was out of stock!
Ax a result of this my order total drops by €9 which brings it below the required €60 spend total required to use the €20 euro off voucher!

This means my order which cost €40 all in with discounts applied and which I got confirmed via email minutes after placing it - with order number - itemised pricing etc has now ballooned to €51 euro!

Surely they can't just apply whatever 'new' amount they come up with over two weeks after I placed my order to my credit card without advising me in advance. This is totally ludicrous.

That is madness. I can't believe how much of a balls up this has been. I got the email telling my stuff had shipped 28 July, but has not arrived yet. I don't necessarily expect to have seen it by now but at this stage I'll believe it when I see it.

Had problems myself. I placed an incorrect order and immediately tried to cancel it. Repeated emails and cancellation form requests were repeatedly ignored. Then the item shipped after a week and they immediately responded to one of my emails after dispatch (which took a week) to say that unfortunately as the item shipped they couldn't cancel it now. Some good value with the €20 off however the customer service is absolutely horrible and i would not use again.

Still having problems with them. Sent loads of emails trying to even get an updated invoice from them as no contact since their last email (disregarding all my previous emails to them) which said my order would be delivered in two to three days - still no sign of it today!

I know they got all my emails but are just choosing to ignore them as the last email from them had one line at the bottom stating it is not company policy for managers to take phone calls (I had asked for contact details to achieve this).

They are unbelievably poor with their manner of communication and dealing with correspondence. I am now in a situation where I have no confirmed invoice, no exact itemised list of what they are sending me - also lost the use of the 20 euro voucher because of them - total shambles.

I can't seem to find any Reebok reps etc in this country to try to have a chat with them about it - Reebok - IE as the twenty euro off offer is being touted under seems to be just a name someone came up with out of the blue, doesnt exist for any purpose but a name for this promotion from what I can see.

Delighted to hear some folk got sorted ok - at least it's not all bad.
