upgrading on meteor query

    ive just been approved for an upgrade on my meteor billpay plan, im on smart 35 currently, which is 200mins/200txts/1GB data and free meteor calls and txts for a year

    my question is, since my year is now up and i would be signing into a new contract..from what ive heard from a few meteor cust service ppl i wud lose the free calls and texts

    has anyone been able to keep free meteor calls and txts when upgrading?

    its a bit shambolic that they would remove the free calls and txts for exisiting customers when they throw it out to new customers non stop
