Don't feel too bad OP, we all get it. Got some sound advice yesterday that certainly helped me. Sadly I couldn't do all four.

    1- Ice cold lucozade sport
    2- Eat something
    3-have sex
    4- Sleep.

Time heals all wounds, battle on soldier.

Suffer through it and use it as a reminder not to be so stupid and irresponsible next time.

    1) Lucozade
    2) Packet of Tayto
    3) Redtube

    In that order.

Well that's the obvious answer, but where's the fun in that??

Go on the lash again OP, if you keep ahead of it it will never catch up :pac:

Seems a lot more fun than having - in the OP's own words - "depression from drinking".

To ensure your bad experience doesnt prevent you from drinking again you must get back in the saddle again ASAP.

Pint of club lemon with ice, three or four packets of king crisps with same amount of salted/dry roasted peanuts thrown in. Then man the **** up! Its only a hangover.

Pint of club lemon with ice

    Nooo..think about the tummy!

    Agree with the salt though.

Yeah, but, it's an end that justifies the means,

I regularly get the 'sunday/monday evening blues' depending on the day(s) of booze intake, but sure what goes up must come down, its a necessary consequence of an otherwise blissful existence. :)
