Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

ok I appreciate that, BUT if you are going for a grant, it is my understanding a BER is required

The grant is €800 towards a solar installation. You get a further €80 towards the BER that is required. There are BER assessors who will do a fairly brief BER assessment for the purpose of obtaining the grant for a low fee - I have heard of them being done for €100 to €150. A proper BER assessment takes a lot more time (and money) and provides more information, but for those who just want to squeak through the grant process, there seem to be cheap ones available.
