hi - i know there is a reason behind the collect in store only option, frustrating as it might be. But I was wondering - do the tvs ever progress to being available for delivery and if so how long does this normally take or does it all depend on stock?

    Jaggie,

Apologies for the delay getting back to you and what a good question - as ever with good questions (and no I'm not a member of a political party) there are several answers.

    1. If the product is marked as 'Last Few To Clear', they rarely come back available for shipping, this means that they are probably either a finished line for us or a scoop deal that is running out and we're clearing the last few and the display stocks. In this instance we may not have the original packaging so shipping can be a no-no!.

    2. If the product does not say 'Last Few to Clear' but it's still 'exclusive to in-Store Customers' then that means that it's probably a promotional item or we probably have limited stocks of it and we generally keep these for Customer who actually make the effort to visit us as it can be really annoying to come into the store and put together a system to find one piece out of stock - howwever, in frequently stock DOES free up on the in store exclusives and they become shippable - also if you are putting together a system and it includes an 'in -store exclusive' always PM us and ask can we bend the rules - it never hurts to ask!

Thanks again - hope that goes some way to explain the logic and as ever drop me a line if we can assist in any way!
