where to buy bulk CDs

Hey, I don't know if this is the right place to post but where can I buy bulk CDs and DVDs? I'm looking to find chart CDs and decent prices. I presume that HMV and Tower Records have their contacts but where do the little shops order their material from? Thanks, Coburger

Few contacts in there. Mostly UK based but maybe your only option.
