Just read on KCC website that this grant is currently closed for applications, any know what the story is??

I would guess that their budget is fully allocated

you should really get in early in the year for grants these days

See on this weeks leader that they (KCC) had to give back 1.3million in funding for this to the department because they did not have approx 300k to match it. Yet they spent roughly that amount on some kind of techno project!! So they would/should have had and extra 1.6million to allocate to housing....muppets!!
